Experience: Entrylevel personal assistants to Executive Assistants supporting Csuite leaders.
Responsibilities:
Provide highlevel administrative support to executives including managing schedules organizing meetings and handling correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements itineraries and accommodations for executives.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Manage office communications including drafting emails reports and presentations.
Organize and maintain filing systems ensuring critical documents are easily accessible.
Conduct research compile data and prepare materials for decisionmaking and meetings.
Handle personal tasks for executives including scheduling appointments and managing personal commitments.
Plan and execute events including business meetings conferences and social gatherings.
Anticipate the needs of executives ensuring they have the resources required for effective decisionmaking.
