About the Role
- We are looking for a driven and ambitious Assistant Development Manager to support our development team.
- Your role is critical in the successful delivery of boutique luxury projects from end to end.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Acquisitions
- Assist in identifying and assessing new development opportunities.
- Conduct due diligence and feasibility analysis on potential acquisitions.
- Support negotiations and coordination of acquisition processes.
2. Town Planning
- Assist in managing development applications and liaising with planning authorities.
- Support compliance with local state and national regulations.
- Work closely with planning consultants and government agencies.
3. Project Design
- Work with architects and designers to refine development concepts.
- Ensure designs align with project goals and target market expectations.
- Support the coordination of design approvals and regulatory requirements.
4. Consultant Management
- Assist in managing external consultants including engineers architects and planners.
- Facilitate communication between consultants and internal teams.
- Ensure consultant deliverables align with project timelines and objectives.
5. Sales and Marketing Campaign Preparation and Launch
- Assist in preparing sales strategies branding and marketing materials.
- Coordinate the execution of sales launches and marketing events.
- Support pricing strategies and market positioning of projects.
6. Sales Agent Management and InHouse Sales Exposure
- Work closely with external sales agents to drive successful project sales.
- Support inhouse sales strategies and client engagement.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and presales processes.
7. Construction and Project Management
- Work alongside the construction team to understand project execution.
- Assist in monitoring project timelines budgets and quality control.
- Support problemsolving and issue resolution during construction.
8. Feasibility Budgeting and Financing
- Assist in the preparation and review of feasibility studies.
- Support financial analysis and cost management for projects.
- Collaborate on funding strategies and project financing structures.
9. Project Completion and Settlements
- Assist in final project handovers and completion documentation.
- Support purchaser communications and settlement processes.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth postsettlement transitions.
10. Retail and Commercial Assets
- Gain exposure to retail and commercial property management.
- Assist in lease negotiations and tenant coordination.
- Support the longterm asset management of mixeduse developments.
The Successful Candidate
- Ideally has a background in property development construction architecture or related fields. 12 years experience is favourable
- A highly motivated individual eager to become an elite Development Manager.
- Thrives in a highresponsibility handson environment.
- A problem solver with strong initiative and drive to learn.
- Keen to understand the full picturenot just development but construction execution.
- Comfortable leveraging technology to streamline and innovate (Excel Airtable Zapier Meta Ads Canva etc.) is a plus but not essential.
