Job Description
Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring that the appearance and environment of all guest rooms meets the highest standards as set by Minor Hotels. He or she trains leads and works with all housekeeping Team Members to provide exceptionally clean neat and wellmaintained guest rooms and corridors. Assistant Housekeeping Manager also manages the supervisors and attendants on the floor and public area attendants on the hotel public area and conducts inspections daily.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as Assistant Housekeeping Manager or similar in luxury or upscale hotels
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Eye for detail with high quality standards
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Experience in managing department budgets and costs
