Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Implement Montessori teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.
- Assess and track student progress providing regular feedback to students and parents.
- Foster critical thinking creativity and problemsolving skills in students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve teaching practices.
- Participate in school activities staff meetings and professional development programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Montessoritrained with a strong understanding of Montessori principles.
- 34 years of teaching experience in a primary classroom setting.
- Experience with the IGCSE curriculum is essential.
- Bachelors degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
