Job Description
WHAT YOULL DO
Help build startups from the ground up making them meaningful and beautiful.
Prepare documentation quotations and contracts.
Define the scope of work customer journey (using simple design thinking and UX principles) and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with our designers to create mockups prototypes and new user experiences.
Work closely with Team Leads to coordinate and lead our teams (design tech marketing) to maximize the success of each project.
Ensure effective communication through Jira Google Drive and Slack with all teams the PM and the customer.
Learn quickly adapt take initiative and seek out ideas to constantly improve both individually and as a team.
Prepare and present simple documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Conduct research evaluate feedback and iterate on designs based on user feedback after the launch.
Available fulltime (minimum 40 hours/week)
Qualifications :
YOUR SKILLS
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to foresee and resolve issues before they arise.
Familiar with tech development processes. You dont need to be a developer but you should be passionate and knowledgeable about all things tech.
Able to switch between highlevel analysis (e.g. Is the project on track) and lowlevel problemsolving (understanding the details and resolving small issues with a handson approach).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Some experience with negotiation.
Productivity and efficiency expert.
Highly organized: leverages productivity tools to reduce complexity and manage hundreds of small tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with UX design is a plus.
