Our client is a topnotch technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Training Analysis and Planning:
Assess training needs based on business strategy job requirements and employee development goals.
Develop shortterm and longterm training plans to align with the companys growth strategy.
Training Program Development and Execution:
Work closely with relevant departments to design tailored training solutions that address specific learning goals.
Identify select and manage external training partners for organizing training sessions.
Organize and implement internal training programs including direct participation in employee onboarding programs.
Help build and enhance the internal trainer network.
Measuring Training Impact and Continuous Improvement:
Establish evaluation criteria and track the effectiveness of training programs.
Collect and analyze feedback from employees managers and stakeholders to refine training methodologies.
Employee Growth and Development:
Collaborate with the HR team to promote continuous learning and establish clear career progression frameworks.
Assist in developing competency frameworks competencybased assessments and structured internal training systems.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Economics or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in training and development with proven experience in designing and implementing at least one complete training program.
Strong understanding of learning and development methodologies.
Preferably experienced in competency framework development.
Experience in IT industry training is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and ability to design training programs.
Ability to research analyze and apply scientific and logical learning approaches.
Strong English reading and comprehension skills.
Excellent presentation communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset and solutionoriented thinking eager to learn and proactive in work.
