About the Art Department:The Art Department is a dynamic and collaborative team that encourages creativity and individuality. The department consistently achieves excellent student outcomes and is seeking an Art Teacher to help maintain their success. Teachers within the department are supported with opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Art to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons fostering creativity.
- Assess and grade student work.
- Contribute to school exhibitions and extracurricular activities.
- Take on form tutor responsibilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Art or a related subject.
- PGCE or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching Art at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Early Career Art Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
