Teaching Assistant SEN Provision Inclusive Secondary School ASAP Start Brent
Role: Teaching Assistant
Nature: FullTime Permanent

Salary: Dependent on experience
An inclusive secondary school is seeking a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant to join their SEN provision as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment helping students with special educational needs to engage with the curriculum and thrive both academically and personally.
Role Highlights:
- Fulltime permanent position at an inclusive secondary school
- Provide oneonone and small group support for students with a range of SEN
- Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons and support strategies
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Help students develop essential social emotional and academic skills
- Support students with their personal care and mobility needs as required
- Work collaboratively with the SEN team teachers and other staff to create and implement individualized learning plans (ILPs)
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable
- A genuine passion for working with young people with SEN
- Strong communication patience and empathy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and commitment to helping students succeed
- Enhanced DBS check required
