Job Description
Job Title: Senior IT Management Executive
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall IT strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for technologydriven innovation and recommend best practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all ITrelated matters including strategic planning investments and risk management.
- Lead mentor and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Establish and enforce IT policies procedures and best practices.
- Foster a culture of collaboration continuous learning and accountability within the IT team.
- Oversee the management maintenance and optimization of IT systems networks and infrastructure.
- Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning is in place.
- Ensure security measures data integrity and compliance with regulations are followed throughout all IT processes.
- Oversee and manage largescale IT projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure that IT projects are delivered on time within budget and meet business requirements.
- Communicate progress risks and resource needs effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with thirdparty vendors consultants and technology partners.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement technology solutions that support business processes
- Develop and manage the IT budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensure costeffective management of IT resources and expenditures.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT operations and projects.
- Proactively identify potential IT risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the organizations IT infrastructure is protected against cyber threats and data breaches.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in IT and cybersecurity.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in IT leadership roles with a focus on management and strategic planning.
- Proven experience leading IT teams managing largescale projects and collaborating with senior leadership.
- Experience with IT infrastructure software development cloud computing cybersecurity and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Deep understanding of IT governance risk management and compliance.
- Expertise in budgeting resource allocation and cost management.
- Strong knowledge of IT architecture data management cloud services and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL Certification.
- PMP (Project Management Professional).
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
- Any relevant industryspecific certifications
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
