A leading company into Electronics and Home appliances seeks a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales
Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales expanding the
market presence and building strong relationships with local wholesalers and distributors. This role
requires a proactive approach to sales excellent communication skills and the ability to meet and exceed
sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local wholesalers and distributors to enhance sales
opportunities.
- Promote company products and ensure brand visibility in the market.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer preferences to identify growth
opportunities.
- Conduct regular followups with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate sales records prepare reports and provide insights into sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with wholesalers and retailers.
- Travel locally to engage with potential clients and expand the customer base.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management on market trends and customer demands.
Requirements
- 27 years of proven sales experience in Electronic Appliances FMCG or Cosmetics industries.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and distribution networks.
- Excellent sales negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to meet sales targets consistently.
- Flexibility to travel within assigned regions as needed.
- Ability to analyze market data and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
