Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM Lake Balboa CA Time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (might work on Saturdays too if needed)
Scope:
Manage social media accounts for multiple businesses including a mobile bar service nonalcoholic beverage venture and personal standup comedy brand
Create and schedule content for at least 3 different social media accounts daily
Repurpose and edit content from provided resources (hard drive Google Drive)
Maintain consistent posting schedule across all platforms
Engage with audience through comments and direct messages
Analyze social media metrics to improve content strategy
Assist with creating marketing materials and menus using Canva
Handle administrative tasks and email management as needed
Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as required by the client
Responsibilities:
Manage and create content for multiple social media accounts across various platforms (Instagram TikTok YouTube Shorts Facebook)
Create and schedule daily posts stories and reels using provided content and resources
Respond to comments and direct messages promptly
Edit and repurpose existing content (photos videos) to create engaging social media posts
Collaborate with you to understand brand voice and content preferences
Manage and organize digital assets including photos and videos
Adapt content for different social media platforms and audiences
Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas
Assist with basic administrative tasks including creating menus using Canva
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram TikTok YouTube and Facebook
Strong creative skills and ability to produce engaging content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
Basic video and photo editing skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Adaptability to changing priorities and flexible work hours
Proficiency in using Canva and other design tools
Basic understanding of event planning and management
