Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Bio informatics FrontEnd Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in frontend development using React JavaScript HTML and CSS along with Python for backend functionalities. This role involves designing and developing data processing pipelines applications and interfaces to drive innovation and efficiency. The candidate will collaborate with engineers and scientists to build intuitive highperformance bio informatics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers to design and develop data processing pipelines applications and interfaces.
Translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive and interactive web applications using React JavaScript HTML CSS and Python.
Maintain and extend RESTful web services/APIs using Python Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
Implement features endtoend from user interface to persistent storage.
Ensure clean scalable and maintainable objectoriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Manage and deploy applications using Docker (or similar virtualization technologies).
Work with Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration.
Handle relational database management preferably using PostgreSQL.
Integrate and utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies and SDKs.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of experience in frontend and fullstack development.
Strong proficiency in React JavaScript HTML CSS and Python.
Handson experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
Proficiency in RESTful API development and maintenance.
Strong understanding of objectoriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Experience in managing and deploying Docker containers.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) for deployment and orchestration.
Experience with relational databases preferably PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with AWS services and SDKs.
Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in bio informatics or life sciencesrelated software development.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries.
Exposure to cloudbased bio informatics platforms and tools.
