Job Description
Tasks and responsabilities:
- Coach Local CAMO Planning personnel in their daily tasks
- Coach new arrived Local CAMO personnel in their learning process.
- Support and follow up of daily processes and procedures.
- Analyse standing processes & procedures with a critical view and improve where possible.
- Map all standing processes & procedures.
- Create flow charts and checklists for all standing processes & procedures.
- Map all lacking processes and procedures .

Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical education
- Demonstrated experience in part 21 part M and part 145
- Knowledge of airworthiness procedures and technical requirements
- Desirable knowledge of A400M or any other military AC and experience in the military environment
- Good communication and coaching skills customer oriented able to coordinate the workflow and the relationships among the engineering departments
