Job Description
- Monitor Progress: Plan track and report on the overall progress of assigned equipment categories (e.g. pressure part platework).
- Quality Inspections: Organize and manage quality inspections at both supplier premises and through desktop reviews.
- Workload Management: Oversee the workload and scope of inspectors to ensure compliance with the project plan.
- Stakeholder Communication: Interact closely with all project stakeholders to maintain transparent communication about supplier progress.
- Supplier Coordination: Contact suppliers regularly to confirm that all categories are on track for timely deliveries.
Qualifications :
- Graduate (FH / TH / Uni) technical degree (ev. with further education in the commercial sector)
- Experience 5 years in international & technical plant projects
- Very good understanding of Expediting processes appropriate to Supply Markets good understanding of QC processes appropriate to Supply Markets basic understanding of Logistics processes appropriate to Supply Markets
- Strong time management and organizational skills excellent analytic and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of MSOffice (Excel incl. Pivot PowerPoint)
- Multilingual with professional English (B2 C1) and good overall communication skills
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
