Job Overview
We are seeking a detailoriented and strategic thinker for the role of Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing our business needs identifying areas for improvement and bridging the gap between business and IT. This role involves understanding business processes gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications for IT solutions. The Business Analyst will also monitor and evaluate business processes and ensure that business and technology align with our company goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementing changes.
- Use data analysis tools and techniques to provide insights that influence strategic decisions.
- Create and maintain documentation including business process models using BPMN2.0.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure business needs are met and changes are effectively communicated.
Required Skills
- Data Analysis: The candidate must have a strong background in data analysis including the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- BPMN2.0: Proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 is required. The candidate should be able to create and interpret business process models.
- MS SQL: The candidate must have experience with Microsoft SQL Server. This includes the ability to write complex SQL queries and understand database structures.
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Information Systems or a related field is required.

- Project Management: Experience in managing projects including planning execution and monitoring progress.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Risk Management: Experience in identifying and managing potential risks.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- UML: Understanding of Unified Modeling Language (UML) for visualizing system architecture.
- Tableau: Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Financial Analysis: Ability to perform financial analysis and interpret financial reports.
- CRM Systems: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce. Change Management: Experience in managing and implementing change in business processes or systems
