Tasks
- Provide 1st line remote support for Google Workspace Slack and Microsoft Azure AD / Office 365 assisting with basic user issues and troubleshooting.
- Manage incoming helpdesk tickets resolve common problems (e.g. password resets basic app issues) and escalate more complex issues to internal IT team members.
- Liaise with internal IT staff to ensure efficient resolution of escalated issues acting as a bridge between users and the technical team.
- Take part in weekly IT Helpdesk calls to provide updates on tickets share knowledge and collaborate on improving support processes.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with users ensuring timely followup and resolution of issues.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support or helpdesk role preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace Slack and Microsoft Azure AD / Office 365.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to internal IT experts.
- Familiarity with ticketbased support systems and managing workflows in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both users and technical teams remotely.
