Position Description: Please ensure you attach the MI Cover Sheet (attached) a valid Right to Represent with hybrid work schedule confirmed and the candidates resume with full legal first name and last name. If you would like to use a sub vendor only 1 level deep please use Formstack link: The State of Michigan is looking for: Programmer Analyst 4 Bill Rate: /hr Close to Submissions on: 2/27 at 10am EST. Interviews: Interviews will be held via MS Teams. Cameras must be on. Duration: 1 year with extension possible Position location: Lansing MI. Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1 two days a week Local MI candidates only. Must be located within 1.5 hours of Lansing MI at time of submission. Top Skills/Experience: At least two years experience with ESRI SAAS solutions such as feature layers Experience Builder Attribute rules Map Viewer Hub community Portal geodatabases Rest services web applications and Arcade expressions. Utilize GISbased web applications including ArcGIS Experience Builder ArcGIS Dashboards ArcGIS Pro and Survey123 to create detailed maps reports dashboards and automated workflows. Clear and concise communication skills are required.
