Job Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
Location Hyderabad
Experience 8 15 Years
Shift 12:30 pm to 1pm
Notice Immediate Joiners
Requirements:
1. The candidate is expected to have 5 to 8 years of experience on working on HCM engagements as a Technical Developer. He or she must have been a part of at least 3 endtoend HCM implementations of which at least 2 should have been with HCM Cloud.
2. The candidate must have strong handson experience on HCM Extracts BI Publisher (BIP) HCM Data Loader (HDL) OTBI Fast Formulas and Personalizations.
3. Should have strong experience in developing and supporting Integrations and Interfaces in HCM Cloud.
4. The candidate must have working experience in the HCM technical area in 3 or more of the modules (Talent Management ORC Compensation and Global HR).
5. Understand the business requirements and interpret them to technical design & requirements.
6. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops design testing and golive.
7. Conduct troubleshooting sessions with customers to determine root cause document outstanding issues and provide solutions and workarounds.
8. Experience in supporting monthly and quarterly updates with impact analysis & system testing for critical business cycle rollouts.
9. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills personal drive flexibility team player and problem solving and client management skills.
10. Candidate should be familiar with Redwood enablement for Oracle HCM Cloud.
Shift: 12:30 pm to 1 pm.
