Job Description

Nature Of the Account: Shared resource supporting multiple projects

Work Arrangement: Onsite (QC)

Shift Schedule Restdays: Flexible Weekends off

Educational Requirement:

College Graduates preferred
Undergraduates can be considered (with relevant years of experience)

Work Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience in workforce management in a BPO setup
Excel WFM tools Erlang calculations knowledge
Scheduling forecasting capacity planning stakeholder management
Good communications skills
