Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to drive backend development initiatives. This role involves overseeing the development implementation and maintenance of backend services to ensure a seamless and highperformance user experience. The role includes leading a team of Node.js developers and working closely with crossfunctional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: B.E./B.Tech MCA or an equivalent degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in backend development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript Node.js Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Handson experience with databases and API design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban).
Key Responsibilities
- Backend Development & Strategy
- Develop and execute the backend strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Define and implement microservices development standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on backend technologies trends and industry best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Project Management & Execution
- Plan manage and execute backend development projects within scope and budget.
- Ensure highquality software delivery and technical performance.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of backend developers.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers and designers.
