Job Description

Tasks
- Conduct engaging and insightful training sessions on products business strategies and network building.
- Develop highquality course materials and demonstrations ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Collect and share successful product case studies to enhance learning and sales performance.
- Organize and execute impactful training events and educational programs.
- Provide excellent translation support during events and training sessions (proficiency in 23 languages is preferred).
- Support the Education & Training Department with various training initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Experience in the direct selling industry and understanding of its business concept.
- Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Strong organizational skills for event planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent speaking and writing in English and Chinese
