Location: Raleigh NC (27610)

Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking an AWP Technical Specialist to act as a Subject Matter Expert for AASHTOWare Project software. This role involves analyzing data creating User Stories and working closely with a SCRUM team to enhance software functionalities. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in application development and data analytics ensuring highquality outputs and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as SME for AASHTOWare Project Preconstruction Civil Rights and Labor modules.
- Develop SQL queries and XML modifications for application interfaces.
- Document User Stories and create Use Cases and Test Cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective project outcomes.
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and review.
Required Technical Skills:
- Experience with AASHTOWare Project software (3 years).
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and reporting (3 years).
- Strong knowledge of XML for application modifications (3 years).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps (3 years).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (3 years).
