Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
As an Infrastructure Engineer you will:
- Define requirements design build and test data center technology components.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) collaborate with and manage the team and contribute to critical team decisions.
- Provide solutions to crossteam problems and influence key decisions.
- Manage and support:
- Nasuni NAS Isilon NAS NetApp NAS systems including subscription management licensing replication and capacity planning.
- Rubrik data protection systems for incidents requests and changes.
- Windows and Linux OS administration and Dell PowerEdge servers for compute operations.
- VMware vCenter VMware ESXi Hypervisor Nutanix Acropolis Citrix NetScaler XenApp and IIS to ensure high availability and performance for web applications.

- Storage Systems Management
- Data Center Operations
- AWS
- Azure
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Infrastructure Design.
- Advanced experience in Data Center Orchestration & Provisioning.
- Hybrid position requiring local presence in Chicago Accenture Tower Corp.
