- Years of exp: 58 years experience in temp/contract recruitment.
- Understanding and expertise in the Europe / DACH recruiting market is a must to have.
- Permanent hiring experience to recruit EU Citizens Blue card holder etc.
- Good understanding of Software tech stack various job profiles etc.
- Effectively use of LinkedIn Recruiter job posting creating projects writing InMails etc.
- Good active connection network on LinkedIn.
- Screen candidates for availability interest level citizenship status salary range relocation needs and knowledge of Skillset
- Facilitate each candidate through the recruiting process and prepare them for each interview stage.
- Catchup with candidates post interview to understand more in depth about customers demand.
- Create passive pipelines of Golden candidates for future or repetitive roles
- Strong desire to selflearn
- Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
