Job Description

 

  1. Years of exp: 58 years experience in temp/contract recruitment.
  2. Understanding and expertise in the Europe / DACH recruiting market is a must to have.
  3. Permanent hiring experience to recruit EU Citizens Blue card holder etc.
  4. Good understanding of Software tech stack various job profiles etc.
  5. Effectively use of LinkedIn Recruiter job posting creating projects writing InMails etc.
  6. Good active connection network on LinkedIn.
  7. Screen candidates for availability interest level citizenship status salary range relocation needs and knowledge of Skillset
  8. Facilitate each candidate through the recruiting process and prepare them for each interview stage.
  9. Catchup with candidates post interview to understand more in depth about customers demand.
  10. Create passive pipelines of Golden candidates for future or repetitive roles
  11. Strong desire to selflearn
  12. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
