Our client a fast growing company specialized in the finance industry is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
In this role the person in charge is responsible for 4 groups of tasks: TA employee relations C&B and relevant HR analytics to support the BOD s decision making.
Formulate and implement recruitment strategies aimed at attracting highcaliber talent.
Oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Cultivate a positive workplace environment that aligns with the companys culture and addresses employee issues.
Launch initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market research to ensure that offerings remain competitive.
Utilize data to inform HR decisions and enhance processes.
Track employee metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
Bachelor s Degree or above in HR Business Administration or related fields.
Strong knowledge in HR. Candidate with a professional certificate of HR is preferred.
At least 2 years in leader role especially in a startup environment.
Exceptional communication skill.
