At Slice Pay we empower travel agents to offer layby options for travel products allowing customers to lock in current travel prices and pay in instalments before departure.
Were expanding our operations team and seeking a new member to assist with:
- Manual data entry
- Customer and merchant support
- Payment modifications and processing
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of manual data entries
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding payments
- Verify proof of purchase from agents
- Follow up with customers on payment plans
- Report any process inefficiencies to the Slice Pay team

Requirements
Desired Experience:
Ideal candidates will have at least one of the following:
- Experience in travel or familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
- Previous customer support roles especially using platforms like Intercom
- Comfort with handling payments and basic financial concepts; experience with Stripe is a plus
Time Commitment:
This role will be commence as a part time roll. We will pair you with our existing support staff and ensure you are comfortable with our processes. Once you are settled and comfortable we will transition you to full time covering the night shift.
Expected shift times: Evening shift. We need a support staff member to handle the USA timezone which are are launching! This would be approximately 10pm 5am PST.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). Fluent in both written and spoken English. Prior experience in the travel industry is preferred.
