Our client is a company specialized in technology who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Oversee multiple Agile teams to ensure delivery meets engineering standards sprint goals and performance expectations. Manage code quality development processes and testing protocols.
Supervise milestones deliverables risks and dependencies for engineering teams.
Ensure engineering releases align with Company s risk management frameworks and compliance requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Balance speed and quality serving as a voice of reason during development cycles.
Promote a Tshaped skills model encouraging engineers to expand their expertise beyond core responsibilities.
Conduct oneonone meetings personal development and training plans career path planning probation reviews and performance reviews.
Coach teams in the application of Scrum and DevOps practices.
Lead initiatives to optimize development and delivery processes fostering a learningbased highperformance culture.
Foster a learningbased culture setting and agreeing on realistic and challenging objectives for the team.
Technical Environment:
Microservices architecture.
Programming Languages: Java JavaScript MV* patterns Nodejs ReactJS (including Redux).
Databases: Postgres MongoDB.
DevOps Tools: Jenkins Artifactory SonarQube GitHub CloudFormation.
Cloud Platforms: MultiCloud AWS (Lambda Postgres S3 API Gateway CLI SNS/SQS) Azure.
Requirements
10 years of handson experience in Software Development with at least 5 years leading crossfunctional Agile teams.
Strong understanding of software quality and DevOps environments.
Extensive experience in SDLC methodologies Scrum Kanban Waterfall.
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex technology projects involving multiple engineering teams both onshore and offshore.
Realworld experience in largescale Agile adoption beyond theoretical knowledge.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills capable of balancing technical and business needs.
Demonstrated people leadership teambuilding and coaching abilities.
Experience managing code change management processes and IT Service Management (e.g. Release Management) using ServiceNow or similar tools.
Strong communication skills at both strategic and operational levels internally and externally with the ability to make effective decisions balancing business and stakeholder needs.
Fluency in English.
Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
