Position Overview:
Mfinite Consulting is expanding its executive search services and is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team. This role requires a strategic and resultsdriven professional with expertise in identifying engaging and placing toptier executive talent across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of executive search methodologies exceptional networking abilities and a passion for connecting highcaliber professionals with leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract executivelevel talent.
- Conduct indepth candidate assessments including behavioral interviews and competency evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives clients and industry leaders.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their leadership needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn industry networks and direct outreach to identify highpotential candidates.
- Maintain an uptodate talent pipeline of executivelevel professionals.
- Provide market insights and industry trends to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience (5 years) in executive recruiting executive search or retained search.
- Strong understanding of leadership roles market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to recruitment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Experience recruiting for industries such as IT government contracting healthcare finance or professional services is a plus.
