About the Role
Are you a Danish speaker with a passion for customer service and an interest in Fintech We are looking for a Customer Support Analyst to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. In this role you will assist customers with their inquiries resolve accountrelated issues and provide toptier support for a leading Fintech company.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone email and live chat in Danish.
- Resolve accountrelated issues transactions and payment inquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely information about financial products and services.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in the system.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (C1 or native level) and good English skills (B2 minimum).
- Previous experience in customer support ideally in Fintech banking or payments.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with professionalism.
- Techsavvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Willingness to work in shifts including evenings and weekends.
