Job Description
We are seeking a Senior System Engineer with expertise in MacOS to join our clients team on a contract basis. If you have a strong background in 2nd & 3rd level support Client Management Solutions with Microsoft InTune and are experienced in Incident & Change Management using ServiceNow this could be a great opportunity for you.
This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to be based in Switzerland.
Tasks
- Provide 2nd & 3rd level support for MacOS environments.
- Manage and optimize Client Management Solutions using Microsoft InTune.
- Independently handle Incident & Change Management via ServiceNow.
- Ensure seamless integration of MacOS systems into enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve system efficiency and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues proactively.
Requirements
Extensive experience as a Senior System Engineer with a focus on MacOS.
Strong expertise in Microsoft InTune for Client Management Solutions.
Handson experience with ServiceNow for Incident & Change Management.
Solid background in 2nd & 3rd level support for enterprise environments.
Fluent in German (mandatory).
Currently residing in Switzerland.
