What Youll Do
As a Customer Support Advisor youll be integral to our operations team building meaningful client relationships ensuring seamless onboarding and validating data with precision. With 40 outbound calls daily youll be the voice of our services showcasing benefits to our customers. Join our dynamic international company embrace challenges and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
Validations
- Build strong customer relationships offering onboarding support.
- Validate online questionnaires with precision.
- Log and update customer records accurately.
- Advise and process fee payments for customers.
- Utilise validation processes in our business system.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Actively participate in team meetings.
- Consistently meet or exceed personal targets.
- Escalate customer issues to the Project Manager.
Customer Support
- Make 40 outbound calls daily explaining service benefits.
- Log customer contact activity and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Provide clear information to supplier customers.
- Address various customer inquiries and concerns.
- Handle subscription fee discussions.
- Meet and exceed personal targets for call rates.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Working knowledge of data management analysis and process improvement.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets through inbound and outbound calls.
- Adaptable to the evolving needs of a growing business.
- HBOlevel education or equivalent (preferable).
- Exceptional accuracy attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Articulate with a confident telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
