Job Summary SHIFT: FT Night 7:00pm 7:00am 3 12Hour Shifts As a Registered Nurse will oversee patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model. Your responsibilities include patient assessment recognizing health issues creating care plans and assessing patient responses. What Youll Do You as an RN will conduct detailed clinical assessments prioritize patient and family needs create implement and evaluate care plans. Adjust plans to reach desired outcomes. Building relationships managing discomfort staying professional are vital in therapeutic connections with patients and families. Creating care plans reflecting values aids in resolving issues. You will help educate patients families nurses and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices. Assess and document learning needs regularly. EDUCATION: BSN Must have 1 year of RN experience in the US RN Must have at least 3 years of Med Surg experience Must have at least 2 years of Critical care experience ACLS CCRN highly preferred
