Manage customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
Support customers with hotel flight and activity bookings and reservations.
Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions professionally.
Ensure a smooth and efficient customer service experience.
Requirements
Experience: At least 1 year in a customer/partnerfacing role.
Language: B2 level or above in Portuguese and English.
Work Conditions: Shiftbased work (7 AM 10 PM Cairo time) including weekends and public holidays.
