Job Description

Industry: Events Technology and Content (Events and Entertainment Sector)

Job Overview

  • The Sales Manager will drive business growth in Bahrain by developing and executing effective sales strategies in the events technology and content sectors. This role involves identifying opportunities building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in B2B and B2C sales an indepth understanding of the Bahrain market and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Bahrain market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events technology and content sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients sponsors and government entities to secure highvalue projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and deliver tailored event and content solutions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline leveraging CRM tools for efficient tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to win client business.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and client meetings to build brand awareness and foster relationships.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:A minimum of 57 years in sales within the events entertainment or technology industries with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Bahrain market including corporate and consumer segments.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English & Arabic.
  • Technical Proficiency: Handson experience with CRM tools and data analytics for sales management.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven skills in negotiation client relationship management and closing highvalue deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.
