Job Description

As part of Santens Global Rewards team supporting Total Rewards operations in EMEA the incumbent is expected to demonstrate innovation diligence and resilience to ensure the smooth operation of Total Rewards processes in Santen EMEA.

What youll do:

  • Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs for EMEA ensuring that our reward systems are market competitive equitable and aligned with our global strategic goals..
  • Develop and manage annual salary ranges and comparatios using market data.
  • Consolidate and track employee benefits programs across EMEA (health insurance wellness initiatives etc.).
  • Conduct compliance reviews to ensure compensation and benefits adhere to EMEA regulations.
  • Perform annual market research and participate in Total Rewards surveys to align with industry standards.
  • Generate periodic and adhoc reports on compensation and rewards data (e.g. DE&I pay data).
  • Monitor and suggest improvements to reward program effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (global/regional HRBPs HR teams) and external vendors.

Qualifications :

What youll bring to the role:

 

  • Excellent command of Excel
  • At least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits management in EMEA (3 countries).
  • Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel and HRIS tool proficiency.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relevant field; English proficiency.
  • Certification in job evaluation (e.g. Mercer WTW KornFerry) knowledge of EMEA labor laws and additional European or Japanese language proficiency.
