Greater Talent Group has an exciting opportunity for a Demand Generation Specialist Hybrid Austin Texas to join a dynamic and driven team at a Series B SaaS company. As a Demand Generation Specialist you'll play a key role in expanding the companies partner marketing efforts driving an increase in partnerled leads. This role will focus on growing our demand generation capabilities enabling partner sales reps through impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience in supporting demand gen campaigns from start to finish with measurable success. You'll build and execute campaigns that engage and drive new leads directly contributing to the companies growth.
How you will make your impact:
- Own the development and execution of partner demand generation campaigns from ideation to launch driving immediate growth in leads and engagement.
- Design and deliver innovative campaigns using a variety of channels including gifts direct mail inperson events and virtual experiences. Manage every aspect of these campaigns from creation and delivery to tracking performance and ensuring scalability.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics providing insights to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
- Increase engagement among partner sales reps by creating sharedvalue campaigns that excite and empower them to actively promote to their customers.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and followup while sharing valuable insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Enhance campaign efficiency by improving customer acquisition cost over time.
How you will stand out
- Strong understanding and experience in demand generation partnership marketing digital marketing or a related marketing field ideally within SaaS and B2B marketing.
- Proven experience in running demand gen campaigns from start to finish with measurable results.
- Proven experience with project management best practices and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Organized and detailoriented individual who champions tracking campaign status proactively addressing challenges and driving next steps.
- Strong communicator with high influence and empathy for the partner experience.
