Job Description
Qualified IT specialist or IT technician to support the replacement installation and configuration of computers at our facility.
Scope of Work
- Replacing installing and configuring computers including hardware and software setup.
- Ensuring proper integration with the existing IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware software and networkrelated issues.
- Managing user accounts and access within Active Directory.
- Connecting and configuring systems within an Ethernet network environment.
- Performing computer hardware repairs and maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
- Experience with Ethernet networks computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work Location & Requirements
- Availability for standard business hours and occasional afterhours work if required.
- Compliance with all company security and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Education in Information Technology (IT) or Information Systems (IS) or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working in a regulated industry (preferred).
