Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle the qualification and setup of HAMR development tools ensuring smooth execution of future upgrades while efficiently managing the conversion and setup of both Amber tools and HAMR blades.
- Setting up qualifying and maintaining HAMR blade offline stations including installing SW testing functionality and qualifying all requirements prior to releasing them to operations or repair facilities.
- Validate the new HAMR HW from ATE design team before production release.
- Maintain and repair SDET testers and perform preventive maintenance on HW.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Engineering (bachelors) with indepth knowledge and understanding of HW used in the Blade/Amber platform for testing magnetic recording heads.
- At least 5 years of handson work experience in new HW qualification validation and maintenance on Blade/Amber platform for testing recording heads.
