Job Description

The Field Support Administrator (FSA) will report to the Lead FSA and will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of UK contingent workers into AGS. The focus of the role is to ensure that UK contingent workers are fully compliant and onboarded by the given deadlines. Using initiative the Field Support Administrator prioritises to complete tasks in order of importance and report back on issues in a timely manner offering solutions whilst demonstrating patience despite setbacks.

An active participant in the team the Field Support Administrator will execute a range of compliance checks liaising directly with the Business Support Associate to ensure completion in a timely manner and are integral in building a compliant contractor pack for our clients.

The FSA will also be responsible for carrying out additional administrative tasks in relation to the Field Support team such as extensions and terminations of contingent worker contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for the management of our onboarding tool which assists with the onboarding of contingent workers
  • Peer auditing of key onboarding checks & completing any corrective actions required
  • Manage onboarding trackers and keep up to date in real time to be able to provide quick updates to internal teams
  • Support the rest of the team in ensuring candidates are compliant ahead of their start date
  • Responsible for high volumes of data entry validation of data and integrity for all information entered into key systems
  • A subject matter expert on the compliance check process and policy set by Allegis Group our clients and legislation
  • Answers internal stakeholder queries relating to onboarding and proactively seeks solutions escalating where appropriate
  • Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation and information
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects within the team where necessary

Qualifications :

Qualifications Skills Knowledge:

  • Customer focused helpful and willing to support at all times
  • Acts with selfconfidence decisiveness and integrity at all times
  • Personally accountable and selfreliant
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Previous working knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle packages
  • Previous experience of working within an office or administration
  • Previous exposure to a Customer and/or Sales Support environment would be an advantage
