Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Finance & Accounting Executive to join our client that focuses on EPC Projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting excellent analytical skills and a passion for providing accurate and timely financial information. This is a fulltime permanent position based in South Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial statements budgets and forecasts
- Assist with monthend and yearend close processes
- Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Assist with tax filings and audits
- Support the finance and accounting team with adhoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Tax or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (SAP QuickBooks etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
