Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the regional strategy for sales and operations ensuring alignment with the companys global objectives.
- Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities expanding the customer base and increasing revenue streams across the Indian subcontinent.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.
Sales Management:
- Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets focusing on direct sales and having a bird eye view on the project once handed over to the operations and services team.
- Implement strategies to penetrate key verticals such as corporate industrial sectors.
- Foster a resultsoriented culture while maintaining a commitment to customer care and service excellence.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure smooth execution of projects from initiation to delivery maintaining highquality standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimise processes manage resources and achieve gross margin targets.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and prompt issue resolution.
Financial Accountability:
- Oversee the P&L for the region ensuring accurate financial reporting and performance tracking.
- Participate in annual budget planning and ensure adherence to financial goals.
- Manage cash flow and capital expenditure (CapEx) to support business growth.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a highperforming team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability.
- Provide coaching mentoring and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Promote diversity and inclusion while working hand in hand with the HR head India.

Core Experience & Skills Required
- 20 plus years of overall professional experience including at least 10 years in a leadership role within the security industry (access control CCTV and related technologies).
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales and operations in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of the security market in India including key trends customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with financial management including P&L oversight budgeting and cashflow management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with advanced security technologies and their applications in various industries.
