Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Solution Architectsteam. This is not a standard DevOps role it requires a hybrid profile thatblends infrastructure automation deep troubleshooting and direct customersolution support. The selected candidate will work on optimizing andmaintaining our infrastructure while also deploying and supporting customersolutions.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and optimizing cloud and onpremises infrastructure
- Automating deployments and infrastructure maintenance using Puppet and Ansible
- Troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues working directly and indirectly with customers
- Ensuring high availability and performance of services
- Monitoring with Prometheus Grafana CheckMk/Zabbix
- Working with virtualization technologies such as KVM
- Deploying and managing web services using Nginx Apache and PHPFPM
- Optimizing and managing MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
Required Skills & Technologies
- Strong experience in Linux systems administration
- Expertise in automation tools (Ansible Puppet)
- Handson experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus Grafana CheckMk Zabbix)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI
- Strong understanding of load balancing and caching (NGINX/HAProxy)
- Knowledge of web services and application hosting (Nginx Apache PHPFPM)
- Experience with virtualization (KVM)
- Proficiency in working with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
- Experience with backup systems such as R1Soft Acronis and Veeam
Nice to Have
- Security and performance tuning experience for web and database services
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in highavailability environments
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure)
- Opensource contributions or published projects
