1. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports including management accounts budgets and forecasts.
3. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisionmaking.
Cost Management: Analyze and manage costs to ensure effective cost control and optimization.
6. Audits and Financial Statements: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits and ensure that all financial records are accurate and uptodate.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Adhoc Tasks: Perform other adhoc tasks as required by management
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field. Professional certification (e.g. ACA ACCA CIMA) is highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting preferably in a similar industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Sageand Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel Word PowerPoint).
