Job Description
Position: Lead AI Engineer
Job level: Research and Innovation Industrial AI
Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in AI Computer Science Machine Learning or a related field.
Experience: 10 years
Location: Bengaluru 5 days working(Fulltime)Hybrid(3 days office and 2 days WFH)
Interview 1st Round Test Assignment
2nd Round Technical Virtual
3rd Round Technical Virtual
Cab facility is also there and three times food also provided.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic vision for AI projects within the team ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry needs.
Lead mentor and inspire a team of AI researchers junior engineers and automation specialists building a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Set and enforce standards for AI development including model quality scalability and reproducibility across all stages of the AI lifecycle.
Guide the team in deploying AI solutions with a focus on scalability reliability and integration with embedded systems using modern MLOps practices.
Serve as a primary point of contact for AI strategy collaborating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to define priorities and manage expectations.
Maintain a strong focus on research bringing the latest advances in AI (deep learning reinforcement learning NLP etc.) into practical industryready applications.
Advocate for highquality researchdriven solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and certification standards

Extensive experience in AI/ML with a proven track record of leading AI initiatives ideally in industrial automation.
Strong expertise in Python TensorFlow PyTorch and MLOps practices; experience in cloudbased deployment and machine learning frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to translate research into highimpact scalable AI solutions.
Exceptional communication skills in English capable of explaining complex AI concepts to various audiences.
Willingness to travel as needed
