Job Description
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations manager to oversee a successful execution of both departmental and organizational goals and objectives. The individual will work closely with the CEO to ensure a timely execution of tasks. The ideal candidate must possess strong oganizational management skills with a strong strategic oversight to coordinate multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate multiple projects that align with the company s strategic goals such as digital transformation market expansion or compliance initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact with different departments to ensure transparency accountability and that what we do is in alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with the Head of Departments to refine strategies and objectives as necessary based on project and program outcomes.
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
- Optimize the allocation of personnel technology and financial resources across projects to achieve maximum impact.
- Develop project plans allocate resources and keep an eye on progress to make sure everything gets done on time and meets quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and challenges and come up with solutions to mitigation their impact.
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to provide regular project updates.
- Allocate and manage resources across multiple projects to optimize efficiency and prevent conflicts.
- Track the progress of all programrelated initiatives ensuring they remain on schedule meet milestones and align with the organizations objectives.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Business Operations Management or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects and managing tasks that span multiple functions.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize manage multiple tasks and lead teams in a fastpaced evolving environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills with an aptitude for identifying risks and implementing creative solutions.
- Experience in fintech banking or financial services is highly desirable.
