A Brief Overview
The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Applications will lead our Backoffice projects and solutions for Supply Chain Technology Finance Human Resources among other packaged Solutions. This role will operate as the Safelite technology sponsor and liaison with the global Belron team(s) that provide platform support for some systems. Accountability for technology projects implementation and support include:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing largescale packaged solutions and demonstrating strong leadership in a fastpaced environment with a focus on customer and internal partnership experience.
What you will do
Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership for the development and implementation of applications and packaged solutions in supply chain human resources among other functions.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a talented team of IT professionals fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven work environment.
Project Oversight: Oversee the deployment integration and optimization of application technology systems to ensure seamless operations and efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders including senior management to align technology strategies with business goals.
Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance scalability and reliability.
Operate with a customer/client first mentality to support conversion ensuring customer expectations are met
Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively ensuring costefficiency and maximizing return on investment.
Intake and Prioritization: Support the ideation and backlog of requirements in partnership with business sponsors and technology project management team to ensure sequencing and prioritization of resources and dollars.
Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field. Required
Masters Degree Preferred
Experience Qualifications
10 years Experience in IT applications management with a specific focus on application technology and packaged solutions. Technology shared services experience and working in a matrixed environment are critical. Required
Skills and Abilities
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and manage largescale projects successfully.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of supply chain finance and/or human resources systems ERP solutions management and integration platforms.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a resultsoriented approach.
