Quality Assurance Supervisor

Quality and Food Safety Development implementation and maintenance of all applicable elements of the Pom Wonderful Quality and Food Safety systems in order to assure compliance. Support Counter Season Spring Arils Program if needed.

Technical Assistance Responsible for providing technical assistance to operations and customers to aid in achieving product quality sterility or investigating consumer complaints.

Continuous Improvement Assist and or manage the quality projects which is to improve current POM manufacturing process to enhance better product quality to create higher standards for manufacturing practices and produce higher quality products.  

Auditing Responsible for audits including GMPs pest control product quality product packaging integrity and regulatory to ensure standards are achieved and evaluation of opportunities for improvement.

Finance Responsible for development of departmental Budget and prioritize spending to meet financial target.

Qualifications :

• Familiarity with state specific food safety laws.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to provide guidance and assistance to all levels of employees.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently. 
• Ability to perform efficiently and effectively in a fastpaced deadline oriented environment.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
• Demonstrated problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Ability to perform analysis and communicate results effectively.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle software.
• At least 35 years progressively responsible Quality Assurance experience in a supervisory capacity with a specific emphasis in food safety preferably within a production/manufacturing setting. Bachelors degree in Micro Biology Food Science or related field.
