We are seeking a Process Coordinator to support our process maturity initiatives and manage onboarding processes as we partner with the worlds leading automaker. As a Process Coordinator you will play a key role in documenting operating procedures for our call center agents and organizing knowledge management resources. Additionally you will support onboarding activities including title management inventory tracking and responding to customer inquiries ensuring a seamless process for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Help document operating procedures for our call center agents.
- Help with knowledge management.
- Support vehicle onboarding activities (such as title management inventory management and coordination with vendors).
- Help analyze data.
- Process & Operations Management
- Help manage general business processes.
- Manage the license and title process track registration status manage vehicle registration renewals and support the vehicle remarketing process.
- Provide support to stakeholder inquiries.
- Help with data gathering and analytics.
- Knowledge Management
- Support the Marketing and Customer Experience Manager in developing standardized templates for customer service agents.
- Create publish and manage documents such as operational procedures job aids and reference guides.
- Facilitate regular reviews with the operations team ensuring their insights are incorporated to maintain document accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves):
- At least 3 years of process management or equivalent experience.
- Experience creating standard operating procedures or similar documentation.
- Highly skilled with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience facilitating meetings.
Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
- Fleet management experience.
- Experience working with call center agents.

- Contribute content and collaborate via the OPWiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
