Client Reception Be the welcoming face of the firm! Greet clients and visitors professionally direct them to the appropriate person and ensure a seamless office experience.
Phone Management Handle incoming calls direct inquiries to the right departments take detailed messages and provide toptier customer service.
Appointment Scheduling Coordinate meetings with attorneys and clients manage calendars and send timely appointment reminders.
Mail & Document Handling Receive sort and distribute mail as well as prepare copy and file legal documents.
Office Administration Keep the office running smoothly by maintaining supplies organizing the reception area and assisting with basic office maintenance.
Data Entry Input and update client information in the firms database ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Legal Filing Support legal staff with filing documents electronically and with the appropriate court as needed.
Education
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
