Requirements
Your Key Responsibilities
- Tender Documentation: Assist in preparing bills of quantities and tender documents to support the bidding process.
- Site Measurements: Conduct onsite quantity assessments to track progress and ensure project accuracy.
- Cost Control: Work with project teams to monitor budgets identify cost variances and contribute to costeffective solutions.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed quantity surveying records and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Supplier & Contractor Coordination: Gather pricing information from suppliers and contractors to ensure
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials especially in facade construction.
- Ability to work well within a dynamic team and meet deadlines.
